It also has two golf courses, one a short walk the other a short drive away, with plenty more to choose from in the surrounding area.
While Alnmouth does have a charm all its own it is one of many beautiful villages along the Northumberland coast. Inland you will find Alnwick, famous for its splendid castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland, and also The Alnwick Garden.
Children are welcome and there is certainly heaps to keep them occupied.
